General features

Non chamber multifunctional gas extracting packaging machine not only can achieve the process of sealing but also vacuum extraction or inert gas flushing after vacuum cycle.

Due to chamberless design with double gas nozzles its application is not limited by the size of vacuum chamber. The machine is ideal for the applications that have low demand on vacuum degree.

With double heating system it is ideal for sealing relatively thick plastic bag and compound bag. Special sealing lengths 700mm, 800mm and 1000mm are available.

For the powder smaller than 100 meshes, the machine should be equiped with Helix Subside filter for collecting powder in order to protect vacuum pump.
