Our grading system Blogic-L is the ideal solution for flexible needs and enclosed spaces.

It has excellent machine filling rates, which guarantee the optimization of the production while occupying a minimum amount of space and keeping the prices competitive.

Blogic-L discharges the fruits directly on the collection or packaging tanks through rubber-covered slipways , which ensure maximum gentleness during the fruits transport.

Bsoft 1/8 sorting system

One-line grading machine with 8 outputs

For the selection of ultra-delicate fruits and vegetables; composed of one line, a product loading area (2 workstations) and an unloading area (up to 8 workstations).

Bsoft 2/10 sorting system

Two-line grading machine with 10 outputs

For the selection of ultra-delicate fruits and vegetables; composed of two lines, a product loading area (from 2 to 6 workstations) and an unloading area (up to 10 workstations).

Bsoft 3plus sorting system

Three-line grading machine with variable number of outputs

For the selection of products such as grapes and cherry tomatoes; composed of three lines for a high production, a product loading area (from 1 to 10 workstations) and a variable unloading area according to needs.

We take care of the whole pomegranate grading process, so as to preserve the quality of your fruit.

In order to guarantee a perfect individualization and, as a consequence, a more efficient production, we developed specific trolleys, designed to fit the size, shape, weight, colour and external quality of these fruits, to prevent the overloading of more than one pomegranate on the same trolley and maximize the line filling.
