BIG-BAG PN

Bagging machine designed to fill big bags of various sizes and is the ideal solution for a wide range of granular and non-granular products.

The presence of a net weight weighing machine allows the product already weighed to be unloaded directly into the big bag, thus allowing high levels of production to be reached. The 4 column load-bearing structure in tubular steel and the service gangway allow the operator to work with maximum ease and safety.

Several versions are available, from the smallest composed of a dosing machine and hooking structure, to the most automated with a hydraulic lift, automatic pallet storage, outfeed rollers and parking rollers for big bags that have already been filled.

It is made up from a 4 column load-bearing structure in tubular steel with service gangway for the operator responsible for hooking the big bags. The simplicity of big bag hooking and release, along with a gross weight weighing system, make this bagging machine a simple and reliable solution for a wide range of granular and non-granular products.
