The continuous evolution of the materials and packaging elements used in the packaging industry requires the possibility of creating bags with double square bottoms, which result in small, vacuum-packed, and perfectly square packages.

The system receives the filled and partially-closed bag from the vertical packaging machine and a series of devices eliminate the excess air and close the package. The upper flap is folded over itself and fastened, thus creating the double square bottom.

The modularity of the device allows coupling with devices, such as: open and close sticker applicators, markers, printers and labelling machines. The carousel can be customized on the basis of the type of product to package and the format to be made.
