THERA 500

The THERA 500 model is an in-line thermoforming machine with an innovative design. It is suitable for medium and high production different sectors.

The THERA 500 is available in seal-only format, vacuum packaging, vacuum/gas and skin packaging.

The highest constructive standards are: versatility in thermoforming both flexible and rigid materials, best reliability, customization (length of frame, loading area, mold motion, etc...), it is ideal to work in aggressive environments, hygiene for easy cleaning operation, user friendly thanks to a touch screen control panel with simplified software.

On request a wide range of options are available: shape cutting, printed top web, coding units, in-line printing and labeling systems, in-line dosing/fitting systems.

The machines are equipped with ILPRA technology based on molds lifting by electrical knee lever system and brushless motors. This offers low energy consumption and overall better machine capacity, high precision and speed.
