Green 60

The GREEN 60 is the last result of the constant GNA srl’s commitment in R&D in the wide range of the Horizontal Flow-pack models.

Made of aluminium and painted steel, except for the parts in contact with the product that are made of stainless steel, thanks to the electronics which controls the entire cycle and to the wide range of accessories this can be added to the standard version, the GREEN 60 is suitable to achieve high performances in the fruit and vegetables sector and in the food industry in general (bakery products, pasta, sausage meat, cheese, sweets etc…).

GREEN 60 gathers quality, versatility and reliability.

The pre-pack film can consist of either Polypropylene, co-extruded, micro, and macro-perforated, shrink film, which is placed in the upper structure of the machine. By means of three pairs of rollers, 1 for pulling, 1 for lower lengthwise sealing and 1 for fin fold , the machine delivers a perfectly sealed and consistent pre-pack.

The upper crosswise jaw with its rotary operation allows constant fluid movements of the products to be flow-wrapped, therefore permitting automatic feeding. Moreover, a special device with motorized rollers is able to support both loose products and with trays.

All the motors are controlled by inverters and managed by a high-performance electronics.
